Don't forget, though, that exercise (even moderate -- plain old walking around) is a huge element of the quit.
And why not retaliate and bring bowls (NOT a grammar queen, but I roared at co-worker filling her "bowels" with candy --- more information than I really needed!!) -- of dry-roasted nuts (a male co-worker's perhaps?), mini-carrots, and fruit?
Part of my own addiction is that whole oral fixation mode, so I'm always sucking or chewing on something -- exercise is my only salvation!
