Duckie067, Improvement in circulation may be the culprit. See it as a sign of healing and consult your pharmacist or doctor for a solution to this problem. Congratulations, hell week is over! Time for a reward. You deserve it! Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Duckie, Cry, it's ok! Let it out and you'll feel better. You have been jumping through a lot of hoops this past few months but you've made it through. The system is far from being perfect, it can be down right ridiculous but rest assured this will all sort itself out. Know that smoking won't solve anything except help you lose a wonderful quit. Reward yourself often and take a little time for yourself everyday to decompress. Feel better soon. Sending you more virtual hugs Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Hi Duckie! I remember where you are at all too well! Just remember it will pass AND you will still be a non smoker! Isnt that great?? I have oatmeal raisin cookies in the oven! Come on over and have one - because if I eat them all I will have to go find the FAT thread. LOL! Chin up - you can do this. Duckie067, Just wanted to add a big Congratulations on 2 weeks quit!! Day by day.. you are doing great! Many people go through the same grieving process as when we lose a close friend or relative when quitting. And in a way you are saying "good-bye" to something that has been a part of your life for years and years. Working through the emotional process is certainly an important part of the quit process. Continued best wishes. Be Strong. Be Smart. Well I am glad to know that I am not the only one that is "wheepy" these days. At first I felt like I was loosing my mind...but it is getting better. Yes, I still cry and am much more emotional that I have been in the recent years...but I feel like for the first time in along time, I am happy too. Here's to Freedom... Stay strong.
