So great to resist them! Especially at 0730! Not a good breakfast, sister quitter! Eat a good balanced diet, especially breakfast, and you'll find you're not hungry for the sweets!
Happy Halloween to you, too!
Denise

Oops! Moderation - What's that? I just invested in a huge tube of Orajel to help with all those nasty cankers emerging in my mouth!! (I'm sure it must have something to do with withdrawal and nothing to do with the mounds of candy that I keep shoving in my mouth!)

and I'm not answering!!! Yes I know it's only 7:30 and they have no right to be calling anybody's name til at least noon! And even then, don't let it be my name. I used to belong to a very popular weight watching group. I want to get back on track again because I don't want to gain here. I try to eat healthy but I think about food more than I used to. And sometimes I eat a wee bit more than I used to. Won't know, I guess, unless I try. I'm going to put a muzzle on those Hallowe'en treats!!!! Happy Hallowe'en, Jan

Jan, we don't have little ones here, so no chocolate. But I still have those darn cookies in my freezer. Did a three mile walk this morning, ate a good breakfast. Then I raided the freezer :eg: Ate six frozen cookies. At that rate I should have them gone in a couple weeks. I am trying not to gain also. That was never to much of problem when I quit before. Maybe 3 or 4, but I always got them off, but I never had a stock pile in the freezer. Talking about those cookies, think I will have some more. :p Have a good one.

Hi Jan - Confession time - I ate a Taffy Apple for breakfast and it's been downhill ever since. Visions of candy corn dances in my head - Uh, Oh, wrong holiday.

Good thing it's only once a year. I must starve until Thanksgiving!

Happy Hallowe'en ro you too Jan. I'm also trying to watch what I eat but I am really enjoying food a lot recently so I must admit to giving in to a few indulgences. However I have also increase my physical activity so my weight is stable so far. Walking also helps me fight cravings a lot.
Your strength and resolve are there Jan - you are doing it. Keep going gal.
