glasgow_guy,
Good for You... self-assertion will start growing as you gain control. (Try not to be too tough on your wife though)
Gaining control and keeping it..
eat smart
exercise
endure the craves (they will only last for moments)
(each time you get through a crave, know that the next one will be a little further away)
Going back to work, keep a positive attitude and remember..."your Quit is yours, not your co-workers"
they have to decide for themselves when "their Time is right"
Be cheerful, confident, and happy...set an example for them!!
good luck...and come here often...
