Anyone get ringing ears?

Hello Sky, Sometimes sensory changes (sight, sound, etc..) can be a precursor to a panic attack. Enforcing panic management techniques may help. You should make an appointment to see you doctor, with regards to the constant ringing. Keep the thoughts and concerns coming, we're here for you. Susanne

Hi, Everytime I get a panic attack, or even just a mini anxiety attack my left ear rings. Thing is, I'm pretty deff in this left ear. It's been that way since birth. I've got perminant ringing in my right ear, my good ear, but that's due to loud music exposure. It's not that bad, I don't worry about it and I'm used to it. I always wear ear plugs and have done for about 6 years, ever since I got ringing in my good ear. I even wear ear plugs when I use the hair dryer lol! I've been told that ringing ears during panic is a sign of vertigo. Maybe the other ear is ringing in sympathy for the other one, or something. Maybe it's a bit of both. Just wondering if anyone else gets this? Because I've not seen it mentioned here before. Take care all :)
