Hi Sharon....It's true...it is normal to feel exhausted at a certain point. Even though you are not going through hell week, you have been fighting a battle for awhile and it's natural to be tired. I agree, naps are good, any kind of exercise (not too close to bedtime) is good, yoga is AWESOME (but I'm not sure where you would find the time when moving), herbal tea before bed?, bubble bath?
By the way, I never really caught onto rewards at the beginning but I do believe they are extremely important in order to get over the blahs. My shower curtain (the plastic part) was a scummy and I got a thrill out of buying a new one instead of cleaning the old (total cost of reward $8.00) Pedicures, new bubble bath, nice things for your new house, a visit with a friend....whatever is a reward for you.
Take care
Windy
