I launched the program, it says I'm logged in but where am I? I've allowed pop-ups for this site. Is there something else I need to do? Sorry, I just can't figure this out! Yep - It seems to be working...the only problem is that when I enter a name....there are sometimes 5 or 6 of the same name....so I'm not sure which one to pick??? Chicknoodle, Have you set your security setting to the default level? For internet explorer: 1. Go to tools 2. Security tab 3. Click on icon that reads: default level If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us via the feedback section. Lilly, Same advice to you.
