I couldn't use the patch either...it interfered with my sleep "big time".
But...I also couldn't face going cold-turkey again either.
so...I went to the Dr and he prescribed Chantix...it's working great.
Come back to us for imput, please don't lose your Quit!

I have put on a patch daily 4 weeks 21mg real bad mood swings and wicked nightmares so I started taking this off at 7;00PM and this helped with the nightmares then 2 weeks of 14mg just kinda moody and a few more craves I am now on the 7mg for last 3 days and it really is kinda like not having one on so I am gonna try starting today without any patches Heres the problem I haven't smoked or dranken any alcohol and I really feel good But I haven't had a decent hard on since I started this program (maybe 3-4 times at the most) Please tell me this is the patch as I really don't want to quit everything. I am not taking any drugs except a daily multi vitamin. Somebody please give me some advice.
