So I read Allen Carr's book last week, and everything clicked. I threw away my cigarettes and didn't look back... for about five days. This morning, all I could think about was going to the store and buying a pack. I haven't had too many problems with withdrawals, but I find myself suffering from one weird symptom that I can't find much mention. I call it "jitterbugging", and when it hits, it feels like your arms and/or legs weirdly elastic, and *sproing*.. like they're going to curl up on themselves. Is that normal?
Also, would something like Chantix help with that, or do I just have to muscle through it? Help...
