Hi,
@Windy,
this is my third time on zyban, my trouble was i also used to smoke grass, and all it took was one joint and i was back on ciggies again, now i have given up all smoking stuff. When i went to get zyban for the third time i found out that my lung capacity has dropped to 410, which is lower than a 15 year old boys (so i am told)and was told that that capacity does not even register on the ladies scale.
I have changed many of hy habits and routines, and this does seem to be helping, i am also thinking about buying shares in extra strong mints and a banana palntation. I like the way you have described the "new" memories, re program the greatest computer ever built be man the brain, i can do that.
@ Dunedad,
A MONTH i was hoping to get back down to one pill per day i ahve been really "rough" this last week. The SS nurse has told me that they are going to reduce the recomended dosage to one pill per day but it is not official yet.
Thanks for your support comments, really appreciated. when i went to Germany and forgot to take my pills (actually i packed them into my camera bag, remembered i had to take the cam corder, so packed the cameras into the cam corder bag and forgot to pack the pills),that weekend was supposed to be my stop weekend when i told the SS nurse she was really nasty and negative it seemed like she didnt belive me, accused me of not wanting to stop and made me feel like i was 1cm tall, unfortunately she is the only one in this part of the UK.
This site seems to give the positive support people like me need.
Hey Kevin, your the one ahead of me :)
Cheers for the support
Ray
