Mookie, Yeah, me too! In the early days of quitting, I found it very hard to cope with cravings & sleepiness at mid day, after lunch. A nap, if you could afford, is an ideal solution! :)
Gonna: Try roasted peanuts mixed in red chili powder! Boy! It's hot. It burns the tongue. It numbs the mouth. And ... it surely kills any cravings for cigarettes .... ! :)
