Holy cow, yes, that is what I am. 22lbs gained since I quit smoking. Can any of it be water???? lol
You'll have to excuse my blubberness, but I really had another bad day yesterday. Not only eating, but emotional as well. I posted, and I thought I felt better, but I need to learn how to calm down.
So, I ate so far today: 3 cups coffee, and egg, bacon, cheese on wheat crust (cal:140, fat:20g, carb:41g, sugar:4g, fiber:2g, and protein:18g)
Not too bad, but at least it is not the cookie dough that is staring at me.....................
For lunch, I am making tuna (w/lite mayo & pickles) on whole wheat pita bread w/alfalfa sprouts, sliced tomatoes, & mustard. And a small cesear salad on the side. Oh, and a few slices of a pear, and some re-heated grilled veggies.
Okay, seeing my fatness, well I am determined to do this again. I must learn to eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack & dinner. I was always eating around twice a day, but LOTS.................
