Susie, There are lots of other threads out there will many quitters experiencing the same thing as you around the 30 day mark. Myself included. Lasted a few days for me, and I basically had to revert back to what I did during the beginning of my quit. I can honestly say I came out of it feeling stronger. Hang in there. It gets better. Susie, It may seems that that feeling will never go away but believe me: It does. You will feel better and to be honest, there is no magical day that you will feel good again. It's different for every person who quits smoking. At the long run you'll will feel like a real winner. Just hang in and try to think positive, that is the only thing that really helps. Today makes 5 weeks for me and I can honestly say that the last couple of days have been almost as bad as week 1. Today I feel helpless. Fearful and whimpering.I am hoping that this is a glitch and that I will get better. If not then I have an appointment with my doctor for 15/3 for a routine check. I will talk to her about these feelings.I know that as the day progresses, these feelings lighten up so I hang in there until lunchtime. But when they are with you its hard to bekieve that they will go. I am thinking of all of us in this battle. How can this weed still be classified as legal???? :gasp: My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/31/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 34 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,025 Amount Saved: 255 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 11 Mins: 4 Seconds: 28

Susie, Stay strong and reward yourself with relaxation! You are doing this and these feelings can be normal. Don't let it get the better of you and push back with rewards and ignore that crave :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
