Day by Day Phil, Day by Day. You'll never get away from the cravings. My mom used to smoke ages ago and she says every once in a blue moon it'll hit her, but passes almost just as fast. She's been off the butts for atleast 19 years now.
I'd like to think that my situation is unique, but it probably isn't. My old posts when I first started my quit are probably super buried so I'll recap. I quit because my girlfriend didn't like my smoking. So (after 3 or 4 attempts), I did. Not saying that I like it. Not saying that I wouldn't smoke if she wasn't in my life. I think it's difficult for me because it FEELS forced on me. But it's all for my health. I'm only 26 and had not been smoking all that long before hand. I still think about it every morning. With my coffee, after meals, while playing pool, every time I see someone smoking. It's not like 100 days is a magical number where you stop thinking about cigarettes. You'll always think about them. Tasting the forbidden fruit is the way I discribe it.
