Just got back from my Taekwondo class of which there a three in the week. And i feel great!. I am usually buzzing after training but i now know that from here on in i can only get better and fitter. So long as Mr Nicotine keeps his distance. "Day three and talking the big talk like he has never smoked". That's how i feel right now nothing could drive my back onto the cancer sticks, but wait i hear you say.. how many of you actually said wait?, anyone?, what about you? yes you with the eye patch and the parrot?, OK never mind. what about when the training buzz has gone? what will you do then . Sorted. i have just moved my bed into the gym, put it right in the middle of the floor , going to train twenty four seven. No time to smoke or over eat, as a matter of fact i predict that by the end of the first month i will have loss ed that much weight i will have become transparent. Bed into the gym my wife's gonna kill me!. Hey, what's up with bad mouthin the parrots? WE never said WAIT.... but there is that complacency thing you have to watch out for Welcome and congratulations on 3 days smober! I disbeleive the bed in the gym, but then, I am a psych nurse, and I disbelieve most of what I'm told by most anyone (except the long timers here, of course) Denise My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 31 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 933 Amount Saved: $232.5 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 15 Mins: 9 Seconds: 17
