OK, I am not sure if this is a withdrawl symptom or not, but lately my teeth have become extremely sensitive. I do suffer from receding gums and sensitivity is nothing new to me. But since I quit smoking, it seems to have gotten worst. I have started rinsing weekly with a flouride rinse, as suggested by my dentist. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if it could be related to the quit.
I am also having a very hard time sleeping through the night. I have increased my water intake, so that's most likely the culprit. I try not to drink too much in the hour before I go to sleep, but I'm still waking up every hour or two to use the washroom, at least three times thoughout the night. I am hoping this goes away soon, or I may have to decrease the amount of water I take in through the day and I don't really want to do that. Currently, I am having the recommended 6 - 8 glasses....I think.
