I can't go to any fitness club now so i basically exercise at home with the video cassette with Cindy Crawford, it relaxes me. i also like mediatation and deep muscle relaxation - i think there are many books on this subject advertised on the net. Iwona

Has anyone tried Chi-Yoga, and if so does it help with panic attacks/anxiety? I have tried Yoga, but not Chi-Yoga. How do you try to relax? Any advice as I find it very difficult. Thanks Ann
