GOING FOR A LONG WALK

18 years ago 0 29 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Cant settle, DVD was pants, going round in circles like a swimmer with one arm and leg (no offence if there are any one armed or legged swimmers reading). Is that the correct word "legged"?. Cant wait to get to work tomorrow, never thought it would get this bad, my only hope of getting through the weekend is work. Mind you its not a wise move smoking in a propane gas factory. So i will steer well clear of them, (gas factories and cigarettes). Not got any particular point to make really its just the inane ramblings of a troubled sole, passing the time between day five and six. would sit and type all night but i have worn my fingers down to the knuckles. I knew it was a mistake to get rid of the boxing gloves. Am now typing with my elbows. its quite a skill. Gonna try and do something more constructive with my time in future, not sure what yet, passably a polar expedition. Its a nice long walk in bracing conditions plus you don't see them puffing on the old cancer sticks, they cant hold them for a start there paws are too big. Sorry heads gone south for the winter. I am off to get my snow shoes on and fill me flask will send you a post card. Hang in the Alexander, we are here to support you, and walk with you through the cravings and the ramblings, and yes, even the boxing gloves. Just know, you are not walking the walk alone. Hiya Alexander :) Keeping a sense of humour is paramount and you're doing wonderfully! Yes, walk and keep walking. Helps so much with the stress of the quit and do your breathing exercises while motoring along. You are doing a great job.. and keep on posting, even if you think it's a ramble, it's fine with us, because we all do it! Hey if that's what's helping you through, Alex, you go right ahead and ramble. You're doing fine. Perhaps you could open up your polar expedition and we could all trudge along together! Keep up the great work, Cheers, Jan My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 4 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 129 Amount Saved: $36 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 11 Mins: 19 Seconds: 35

LOL Alexander... at least you still have your sense of humor. This is the toughest time so ramble on (it's entertaining) and do whatever it takes. Each moment that passes... you're that much closer. Keep hangin' in there :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/2/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 653 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 13,077 Amount Saved: $2331.21 Life Gained: Days: 69 Hrs: 5 Mins: 34 Seconds: 35

Alex, Good for you for posting and not smoking! Walk it our, sweat it out or even sleep it out! Have a nice hot bath and grab a magazine before bed, ease into sleep, we will see you tomorrow! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
