This is my favorite subject. Quitting is one of the hardest things we will ever do and I fully believe that we need rewards for doing this. I have rewarded myself generously because I feel I am worth it and so are YOU.
I have had little rewards like lunch out with the girls or a cappucino at Tim Hortons, then I have had bigger, massage, manicure, pedicure, new clothes, new job, new vehicle, trip to vegas, music box (I collect them), membership at a gym, and for my next one I am going on a cruise with hubby and friends.
Reward yourself everey chance you get because YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!
