It's SO good to see you!!! You have been missed greatly! Glad to see you're doing well with your life and your quit.
Yes, that is terrible news about Mr. Carr. I never read his book, but I have seen many on here who have and say that it is the reason that they are still quit. With his ingenious method of telling people to keep smoking while they read the book (otherwise MANY people wouldn't even attempt to read the book out of guilt), he managed to help millions of people successfully quit smoking. What a man!
