Hi Stardust! Anyday can be a bad day, smoking or not, so just take a deep breath, and make sure you take care of your health like everyone has said here, and if you have the SSC messenger, I'm logged in, we can talk about the rest of it. I am a very good listener (or reader as the case may be) and I am a very good friend.
I want you to think of yourself as moving purposefully toward the non smokers and CHOOSING not to smoke. I want you to talk positive to yourself and be supportive and caring with yourself. You are doing great at 5 days, and the stress in your life will not get better if you smoke. I promise it will only get worse if you smoke. And I also promise, you will only be a stressed smoker if you start back. Keep on this path, it's the only way to freedom, and that's what you have chosen. Reward yourself OK?
Denise
