Finished work early today due to terrible weather,14:12 GMT for my friends across the pond. Have five hours to kill before my Taekwondo class starts. Tick tick tick tick tick tick, you get my point, time has begun to go back over. I suppose i could type tick tick tick for five hours, i wonder how many i would type? . Answers on a post card please. Been about the most unpopular person at work today Bad Bad mood and Busy Busy Busy production must be up ten fold. If i had stopped smoking years ago i would be worth a fortune , Bugger. Craving all the time but just managing to hold out, had to take Mr nicotine out side for a fight this morning, it was a real scrap but kicked his ass. with only two black eyes and a punctured lung for my trouble VICTORY. ONE last thing before i go. "OH no there's MORE?"........Yep, when i use to get up on a morning i use to enjoy a cigarette and for all these years i never gave a thought to how rewarding just a lung full of clean early morning fresh air can feel. enjoyed your post a lot. Liked the fact that you have that desire to kick nicodemon's a** rather than miss his carcinogenic presence in your life. Quitting does a lot to enhance my anger as well. It is started to mellow out a bit now after 4 weeks and be replaced by a general sense of malaise sometimes. I know it will pass. I've been through this before. It will pass for you as well. Take care, the QM My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 30 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 616 Amount Saved: $120 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 14 Mins: 55 Seconds: 39

Alex, Take the time to relax yourself..you have five hours and anything is possible! How about an activity, movie, chores, or unfinished project? You can do this and you are almost finished the first week :) What did you prepare for the reward? Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
