They have begun. My son is the first to receave the annual gift of the stomach flu. I am neck up in laundry, elbow deep in baby puke. AND I want to smoke. For the first time in about a month and half. In fact have not had a craving quite this strong since the one month mark. Thank God there are no cigs in the house, and that my hubby is working, and it is raining. No way will I take my sick son out to get smokes. When I go to get my other from school I will come straight home. I have lysoled and clorox everything, but the smell lingers on. I don't think I can handel a week of this. If we all get it,(which we will) It may just wear my resolve down. Was not going to post, but it has gotten worse. So I thought I should. I am sure I will come back here. My hope is that I get it next, and become to sick or week to want a smoke. But then again, I would prefere none of us to get. Since Hubby is worse than achild when he is sick. I just have to stay away from the stinkie areas, and stay away from cigs.. Sorry for the ramble, actully feeling a little better though.. Missyfit, I was wondering if it had anything to do with 100. I guess just my turn to have a hard time. Not that it has been easy, but it has been ok. Now I am just freakin out. I picked girl up from school, her tummy is hurting. I was hoping to have time to recover from the first one. Not gonna happen. The smell is horrid. Tonight I am supposed to go to a open house for a school. Maybe it will be good to get away, still a scary thought. I am sorry for my wine, it just has came out of no where. I know this to shall pass. Grace

Ah Free that was good stuff. Even my hubby got a laugh out of that. It is quite now, like the calm before a storm. Went to a open house for a elementary school for kid. So glad I got away from puke fest 2006. Doing good so far, it is raining and cold outside. No way am I going out there. Surprising when hubby came home, cravings went away. It is like I keep my resolve because of him. A lot of my reasons, for quiting have to do with the kids. So I must stay strong. Thanks everyone for being here today. Hopefully tomorrow will be a bright new day. Grace

hi Gonna Smoke Free yes, bug free no. Last night was my turn. I have done nothing all day, my poor hubby had a migrane. So we have been worthless today. My poor children. I wish I had thought about that airborne stuff. I may get some for hubby. Anyway cravings have backed off. Still there, but this is the first time going threw this as a nonsmoker. Also first time my babe has ever been sick. So I guess that is just a trigger. Also the Junkie saying if you smoke one it will help with the smell. Maybe I wont smell puky, but I also could not smell the flowers. The baking that I like, and a half dozen more things that I now really enjoy the smell of. So although I am weak, and this week sucks. I say death to the junkie and his insantity. He has no control. This was just a another season in life I had to grow threw.. Thanks for your concern I love this place.. Grace, Whine away! We're here to listen and we don't mind it, so go ahead and whine if it helps! You're going through a lot right now and we're all very sympathetic to what you're going through. Sorry to hear another one has it already. At least this is a little bit better than one getting it and then when that one's done another one gets it, right? I mean, this way it gets it over with a lot faster (I hope!) Just trying to look on the bright side of things here. I hope things get better for you soon. Crave the Quit! Sorry to hear about your troubles! I hope you and your son start feeling better soon! Smoking will only make the situation worse! You know that! Don't you DARE throw away those 3 hard-earned months because of some stupid flu! I hope you don't get it. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Crave the Quit!
