Hi folks -
Today is my 1st day back at work since my quit (I had to come back sooner or later). It's been a little weird not taking my usual smoke breaks. There's not alot of smoker's where I work, it's just been a different environment than home.
I used to look forward to my smoke breaks, so today has been full of new triggers. I will say that the day is dragging a little, but I'm sure this will pass.
I have no desire to smoke, nor is it a crave, I just have a little extra time to be more productive, or goof off.
Hang in there. Now I know why non-smokers complain about smokers being less productive. They do take a lot of breaks, don't they?
Peace.
