Hi NewPapa, I know you are probably at home now, but just remember that you are still entitled to breaks. Remember too, that you used to take a break about once every hour. So still do that, take a walk around the office, go make a cup of tea or coffee, go to the fridge and get a bottle of water, anything to "break" yourself every hour or so, like you used to do. And the reason to use hard candies or tootsie pops or licorice sticks is the hand to mouth habit we are so used to doing. With all the fiddling and handling and messing about with the ashes and lighting the things, and all, we have quite a bunch of habits to replace.
So you hang tough, you are already at the end of day 2, so take a deep breath, and plunge into day 3 armed and prepared. You can do this, you ARE doing this!
