coughing at night

18 years ago 0 2 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I can't sleep at night because I can't quit coughing. Is there anything I can buy and use before bed to curb the coughing fits at night? In the day, it's not nearly as bad but something happens when I lie down at night. I've tried sleeping sitting up (propped on pillows) but I'm still coughing just as much. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Your coughing could be all the 'stuff' in your lungs moving about. Or perhaps it's a nervous/anxious cough? If it persists I'd certainly see a dr. about it just to be on the safe side. Sff, Check with your doctor before taking any medications. Your body is in the process of healing and this is one way it is getting rid of those toxins. If the coughing persists, check with your doctor to rule out anything medical :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
