Enough for me to stay quit, hope it helps someone else. My mom who was long term smoker quit two years ago at age 61. Unfortunately on the same day I made it to the beach, she had a checkup and next month needs to go in to have a couple of arteries cleaned and a stent put in. Not serious enough to be rushed in, but nonetheless worrisome. Hopefully at age 38 I quit in time to heal some or at least most the damage I already have done to myself.
Good Luck to all the newbies that started on New's Year. Stick around here and help and advice will come.
