Gonna is on to something, some people like water or green tea. Me I am a coffee fan. I have a go cup with me every morning of hotness. Yum, keeps me sane, you could also try hot tea. It is something about the warmth going down the throat that has always calmed me down.
Hey I can relate to the hustle and bustle of getting kids ready. Try waking up a little before them, and sayin a little prayer to start the day off right. Then plan small rewards for yourself for after getting them to school. A good piece of chocolate, or good coffee. Or just plan sitting on your bum for a few mins. I like coming here. What ever you do to distract yourself, DON"T SMOKE. Your kids need you, they depend on you. Be strong, YOU CAN DO IT....
