Hopless, You need to get rid of all the smoking stuff in your house! Try also making a list of chores, hobbies and activities. This will be able to keep you occupied when the craving hits. The first week will be hard, but we can help you prepare for it. Take the time to read through the site and use all the available tips and tools to help you. You are going to do this!
