Well I am thinking that tomorrow night will be my biggest challenge yet. I have to go to a cookout for one of my friends b-days. The problem will come from the fact that all my friends smoke, and I really haven't been around it since I quit. I already made a choice that I am not going to drink anything (alchohol that is) so that will eliminate some stress. I am trying to mentally prepare for this challenge. I told all my friends of my quit, and although I told them that I will be there...I told them that I might not be able to stay very long.
Just keep me in your thoughts...
