Boy I almost blew it last night. My 9 yr. old daughter came in from playing on the trampoline and was crying and said she did a flip and landed on her neck and she couldn't hardly breathe! Scared me to death!! I am the kind of person who deals with crisis at the time with flying colors then collapses afterward. Anyway, she is fine, pulled some major muscles and think it scared her more than anything. About 30 minutes after all this it was all I could do to keep from having a cigarette. My worst crave yet. I kept telling myself that it wouldn't help, that it wouldn't help, that it wouldn't help!!! I beat the crave and didn't have one but it was scary.
