Boy I almost blew it last night. My 9 yr. old daughter came in from playing on the trampoline and was crying and said she did a flip and landed on her neck and she couldn't hardly breathe! Scared me to death!! I am the kind of person who deals with crisis at the time with flying colors then collapses afterward. Anyway, she is fine, pulled some major muscles and think it scared her more than anything. About 30 minutes after all this it was all I could do to keep from having a cigarette. My worst crave yet. I kept telling myself that it wouldn't help, that it wouldn't help, that it wouldn't help!!! I beat the crave and didn't have one but it was scary. Way to go for pulling through it smoke-free!!! A couple of years ago we bought a trampoline on a Friday; set it up on Saturday; spend Sunday in the ER with our daughter! In spite of the cast on her leg, we kept the trampoline and have had no other (major) injuries. Hope your daughter feels better soon. What a scare! :8o:

Well Done kypalak, you are healing!! Sometimes the craves can be difficult to deal with but you appear to have a very useful coping tool which worked well last night. Stick with that mantra and continue to beat this terrible addiction. Best Wishes Penitent d855

Ky, You were there for your family and this is commendable! You did great and passed your own test, smoking would have changed nothing and put you back to the beginning. Your 23 days are looking great, keep it up! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
