Josie- I will reward myself with some shopping this next weekend. For some reason I cannot make up my mind on what I want for a reward??? I am just trying to take care of me and realize that I need to take it easy this next few weeks and deal with not smoking.

Never thought I would make it but here I am Monday and smoke free!!! The weekend was not too bad, just alot of tootsie rolls...hopefully I will not turn into a big tootsie roll!! I love not smelling like an ashtray!!! My hubby is still smoking one a day..just cannot give it up yet. It does not bother me to be around smokers. I am so proud of myself, I can do this...I have to!!!!!

Thanks everyone!! I tried to quit about 6 yrs ago...but this quit seems better than the last. I have my moments but I do not want to smoke. I always thought it would be just horrible to quit. It is not easy but the benefit of not smoking is soooo much better. I have smoked 20yrs over half of my life, I am 35. I need to be patient with myself and learn how to deal with life...and take a deep breath, which feels great now!!! Hubby is a smoker who is trying to quit too. I used that as an excuse, "we will kill each other". And we are both still alive..so far.
