Hi all,
just wanted to drop you all a line and let you know that I really appreciate all of the suggestions about how to get through my work day without a smoke. I have had my ups and downs this week but have gotten through it (YES EVEN THE WORK PART). for all of us here who are just completing hell week - we can do this! thanks for the support.
