Hang in there S2! What you're experiencing is just part of Hell Week, it will pass. Sounds like your doing just fine.

Yesterday was utter, utter pants. My brain had left the building. My common sense had gone. My personality had been lost and I was forever to be taken over by some cig-deprived Harpie! And yet here I am. Happy, smiling and feeling good! LOL - it is madness this journey - but Hell Week is nearly over.

Thanks guys. I MADE IT THROUGH HELL WEEK!!!!! And today was not bad at all. I even went out at 8.30 am (on a Sunday too - very rare for me!) and joined a Yoga class. Something I have "been meaning to do" for years now. This morning, I did it and just loved it. Hope I can keep going and make it another step in the new me. (Soooo relaxing too. Can highly recommend it.)
