Yesterday was utter, utter pants. My brain had left the building. My common sense had gone. My personality had been lost and I was forever to be taken over by some cig-deprived Harpie! And yet here I am. Happy, smiling and feeling good! LOL - it is madness this journey - but Hell Week is nearly over. Thanks guys. I MADE IT THROUGH HELL WEEK!!!!! And today was not bad at all. I even went out at 8.30 am (on a Sunday too - very rare for me!) and joined a Yoga class. Something I have "been meaning to do" for years now. This morning, I did it and just loved it. Hope I can keep going and make it another step in the new me. (Soooo relaxing too. Can highly recommend it.)
