i was just wondering if anyone else has seen the videos this woman had done?.powerful.. sure made me think about picking up another cigarette..i found it in search engine.im going on day 6 in a couple hours and was having a rough time,i had watched them once before when i quit and it really makes you think long and hard about whether you ever want to light a cancer stick.. just thought maybe someone could possibly use this as a tool to help quit and stay quit.. check it out..

Thanks tuzer, I want to check out the videos. Quitting this addiction is very hard, but you can do it. Another site to check out is whyquit.com. You can get alot of encouragement and resolve building info there. Hang tough. You are stronger than this addiction.
