You quit for yourself. Not anyone or anything else. If you go back to smoking you will only be punishing yourself. Remind yourself frequently how good it is to NOT smoke. It sounds like you're allowing negative thoughts to take over. Only you control your thoughts. Each time you start thinking about what you are denying yourself by not smoking, remind yourself what you are giving yourself in life, breath, looks, better- (or lack of- ) smell, by NOT smoking. And coming on the site w/ a hand held out to pull someone else on board helps immensely.
