I am starting a thread and would like you to share your happiness thoughts with me what makes you happy? Some of us are having a hard time and I would like lots of positivity to sorround us!! HAPPINESS to me is: 1. Love (Allah - thats God) 2. Not Smoking 3. My cup of English tea ( I like Marks and Spencers tea) 4. The theatre and live music 5. Shaila, Great idea. Happiness to me is: 10. A supportive family to love and cherish. 11. A physical body that can walk around the block. 12. Programming at the YMCA - I especially like going to Aquafit. Day 5 for me and still struggling. Seem to have an all day crave going on here. But hanging in and now going for groceries to get out of the house and have some healthy eating snacks on hand. Shaila how are you ? I can't help but wonder about such a post, your post about happiness, let's celebrate life not a place in heaven ,that will come soon enough. You have a road to travel and it can be such a happy journey if you give it a chance. Has your quit affected you this much that you feel so depressed? Maybe time to seek medical attention.
