Hi mamma,
You can do this. Some people have a harder time than others in this journery. If they slip, take a puff, believe me, they are down on themselves. It shouldn't open the door to you thinking, "oh, I can have one too". I think, "by the grace of god, go I". Hang on to your quit, and try and help others that are having a harder time. YOU stay smoke free. Sorry to hear that you are cravings today. I know that it totally sucks, but with the right attitude, you will make it through. NOPE
