Hi loves2fish
Withdrawal from Nicotine can be hard - but I know that you can do this! Reread posts about going off the patch - have some hard candy around - drink lots and lots of water to detox - and most of all just try to relax! Don't work yourself up in your mind...when you feel shakey just close your eyes for a minute...think about how strong you are...and relax.
You can do this! and those 17 days are looking good on you!

loves2fish,
Get some coping mechanisms... ice water, gum, hard candy, licorice, etc... come up with some strategies to use for when you have cravings. You can do this! Whatever you do, just don't smoke!
Crave the Quit!
