Three cheers for Sparky! Come talk to me anytime. I'm not proud...I'm a blithering idiot....except for today (I accidently overrewarded myself) Hmmm...guess that's kinda like accidently slipping....I think I probably knew what I was doing when I handed that credit card over.........but it did feel good! Anyway...enough of that (told you I was a blithering idiot)...so proud of you to get your tools ready and prepare for your quit day. So glad you will be back. OMG - What will happen to this room with a Sparky and a Gonna in the SAME place! Good morning everyone. I have been here many times before and the support I received from all of you has awesome. I have set a new quit date. I have been trying to find out where I went wrong in the past. What I have found is I have an enormous about of pride. By that I mean I think I can handle this myself. Well my friends I cannot. I have to learn to come to my pc and post and post until I get by my ego. I need to plan and plan and plan for what will be coming down the road of recovery for me. I have not left. I am here everyday reading and checking up on my friends. So this is my plan. I am going to put my butts or as Phil calls them dog ends in my final pack and take them out to my garden and dig a hole and bury them and place a bouquet of dead flowers on the grave. I have been to garage sales and bought many books to read. I found a box of yarn so I will crochet something. I have tea towels that need to be embroidered. Most important come here read and read and communicate my feelings and where I am at, good and bad. I have bought patches, which I do not want to use, to help me get though the first few weeks. And I will be rereading Allan Carrs book. I am willing to do what it takes to kill this monster. Some you and you know who are; are having way too much fun. See you all on Monday.
