Windy you did great, got through hell week, now you're going through heck week. Of course it still isn't easy it's a process and you have to go through it, all of it. It's slow !!! I know but so worthwhile, patience is the key. I cried, I yelled, I slept a whole lot and gradually all this returned to normal, I too thought this would never go away, I would post and post and cry while posting, punch my pillows thinking this is never going to go away I want to feel good.
Well ALLELUIA it happened I feel good and I don't smoke. It's all worth it for FREEDOM it will get better this is a PROMISE. Chin up Marie
