Hello,
I have "only" been smoking for a year (10-15 a day). I quit four days ago, will the the withdrawal symptoms be any less since it has only been a year.
I have experienced lightheadedness, dizziness, blurry vision, restlessness.
Thanks!
errodr, hi work the tools on the left they really help and also post your meter this helps a lot. yes the symptoms are normal, as for the period of smoking wow 1 year, time to stop now before you do real damage to yourself. I wouldn't no if the symptoms are different because I smoked for 30 years probably more years than you've been on this earth. Time to quit one day at a time :)Marie

Errodr,
Everyone's quit is different and everyone experiences different withdrawal symptoms to varying degrees. The symptoms you've experienced are common and should subside in the next few weeks. Should you experience symptoms that persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
