Hi Smoked and Misty,
You remember why you chose the name "smoked out?" Because you were sick and tired of killing yourself with smokes. We all have those HORRIBLE days. I have been crying alot lately also. When you feel so horrible, look at the positive. It has got to get better, right?, because you know at that time that it can't get any worse~! Marie always states it so beautifully. Don't smoke, it is bad for you. You can do this one day at a time. My heart goes out to you both. I pray that you are feeling better soon. Just remember that smoking will not make you feel better. That is a lie. It will make you feel worse. This whole addiction is about deception. How could we allow ourselves to spend sooooo much money on something that is only doing us harm????? Smoking is THE BIG LIE. IT WILL NOT MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER!!! I know when the cravings come I feel like an animal trapped in a cage. The only thing that we want to do is the thing that we are so desperately trying to stay away from. You feel so trapped. Soon, we will all be out of that horrible trap, living in freedom. Stay strong ladies. My best to you.
