as you know i had a minor slip the other night but i just want to let you all know that i am smoke free and feeling great . it really didnt cross my mind to give up my quit . no way i am trying to learn from my slip . i am only human and mistkes are really lessons in hiding. i hope you all are doing well and remember we can all beat the nicodemon !!! have a great day

my technique so far are to avoid smoking has been to avoid people who smoke and clean my hose alot and shopping for new cloths with the money that i save from not smoking . also i really do not want to smoke so i guess that helps . I always keep my head up and try to stay postive .
