A metallic taste in the mouth can be the result of medications being excreted in salava or from an infection of the mouth, teeth or mucous membranes. There can be other causes as well.
I'm no doctor but if it keeps up I'd suggest you see one.
I never had a mettalic taste in my mouth during my quit.

Sun,
You will find that everyone's quit is different. The symptoms will be different as well. If these symptoms last, it is a good idea to check with your doctor to rule out anything medical.
Keep Strong,
Josie
