Keep breathing. I remember that heavy feeling in my chest/tummy, just breathe. Walk, chew gum, drink water, shower, do dishes, vacuum, scrub, run, anything to get your mind off of this. That was my biggest battle, keeping busy. I have been pretty sedentary for my whole life so actually doing something was a new concept. Boy was my house clean for the first couple weeks, after that I just got used to not smoking. I still keep busy but you don't have to try so hard after a while!
Hang in there....keep busy!
