Yes it does kidsarecrying. Of course it gets better, do you really think that people would be quit for years if it was always awful.
Smoking is awful. Quitting is freedom. It just gets better and better, but you will get bad days. When you do, just say that tomorrow is another day. Get through the day the best way you can, and almost certainly next day you will feel better, and will feel great that you didnt smoke, and therefore didnt HAVE to smoke all day and every day. You are finally free!

Hey carepax,
I am SO pleased that you didnt smoke!! Last night was tough for me too, it took over my whole head space. I bet you are happy that you didnt cave in today..
Knowing your enemy and fighting the junkie within us is half the battle. When you see it for what it is, you can fight - ignore it and win!
WELL DONE ON FIGHTING THE CRAVE!!!!
Congrats to you for jumping that hurdle and not giving in to the pack of lies!

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday, I was wracked with thoughts of smoking...I really really wanted one, er...that is, my mind and the junkie talk was trying to convince me that I really wanted one. I just thought about how much more relaxed and "in control" I would feel if I could just decide that it was OK to smoke.
I didn't listen, I didn't give in, I didnt' smoke!
But *damn* it was the toughest crave I've had over the entire 38 days I've been quit.
May the Quit be with us.
