Good for you for knowing how dramatic this is, and, part of you is shouting and wanting. Keep posting here. There are lots of threads that talk about this very thing search through them and read and know that you are not alone and this will all pass. It's always a good idea at these times to look over and reenforce your reasons for quitting, take a look at what you have posted in the past ten days and know know know what a wonderful and loving intervention you are creating in your life. Look at your reasons for quitting and see what benefits you will have and have achieved by stopping smoking. Know as well that it is always time for a reward and for celebration. Rewards for every minute you get through without a cigarette and celebration for every second of life you give yourself by not smoking. Keep posting. I just had to go for a walk. It's 90 degrees here and I tell you, after about 10 minutes of power walking I do not want a smoke anymore. I know the head is going to explode feeling - do something with the energy - get moving - lift weights - I did that a lot at your point in the quit. Not only did it help me burn the energy but it got my arms in shape again. I used a 10 pound dumbbell and I'd pump that thing like crazy when the craves hit. Find an outlet niks - just don't smoke - you have come so far!!!!!
